1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 jar spagetti sauce (about 1 1/2 c.)
3/4 c. brown gravy
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. rosemary
salt and pepper
2 1/2 c. cooked noodles
1 c. mozzarella cheese
Brown ground beef and drain. Add garlic, spagetti sauce, gravy, milk, parmesan cheese, oregano, rosemary, and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and stir well. Add noodles and put in a casserole dish. Top with cheese and freeze, or bake, uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes. You can also mix together and put in a crock pot for a couple hours.

Chicken Noodle Bake
2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed 1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 can cream of celery soup 1 c. milk 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1/4 tsp. pepper Combine the chicken, noodles, cheese, soups, milk, mushrooms, and pepper. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Cover and bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Freezing directions: Put in freezer bag or a disposable pan before cooking.

Best-Ever Meat Loaf
4 slices whole wheat bread
3/4 c. cold water
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Break up bread and soak in cold water. Combine with meat and blend thoroughly; then add onion, s & p, egg, and cheese. Shape into loaf on a greased baking pan. Bake 375 for 1/2 hour. Pour on barbecue sauce and bake another 20 minutes. This meatloaf holds together and stays moist. It makes delicious cold sandwiches.
